Out of an abundance of caution, and for the safety of all, the 2022 Hilton Head Workshop will require proof of vaccination AND negative test (Rapid or PCR) 48 hours prior to arrival for all attendees, guests, and children who are eligible under CDC Guidelines.

Even though the Sonesta Hilton Head requires face coverings only for the unvaccinated, all Workshop events will require attendees and guests to wear a mask for indoor events while attending any and all Hilton Head 2022 Workshop events. By attending the conference, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Hilton Head 2022 Workshop, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. You agree that if you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick, you will not attend. You agree to be tested onsite if you plan to attend the Tuesday night banquet.

COVID Checklist for Registered Attendees and Guests
  1. Proof of Vaccination
    Proof will be required at the Workshop check-in to receive badge.

  2. Proof of a Negative COVID Test
    Proof will be required at the Workshop check-in to receive badge.
    Antigen Rapid or PCR test taken 48 hours prior to arrival; time stamped photo of negative test is acceptable.

  3. Mask
    Mask will be required for all in-door events when not eating or drinking; masks will be optional at all outdoor events. This policy will be strictly enforced.

  4. Tuesday (June 7) Afternoon COVID Test for the Banquet
    For those of you planning on attending the banquet on Tuesday, proof of a negative COVID test taken after 1:30 pm on Tuesday, June 7th must be shown to receive a ticket to the banquet. You will receive a test kit when you check-in for the workshop to assist with this requirement.
For the health and safety of all attendees and guests of the Hilton Head Workshop, we will be distributing antigen rapid tests upon check-in at the workshop. This test is for you to use on Tuesday afternoon prior to the banquet. Everyone (attendees and guests) will be required to take a test any time after lunch (1:30 pm) on Tuesday and return to the workshop registration desk with a negative test or time stamped photo of negative test to obtain a banquet ticket. NO ONE will be allowed access to the banquet without a banquet ticket.
